|Chaminade University of Honolulu
The Chaminade cross-country family is a dedicated group of individuals who have endured the grueling season with training and races week in and week out. They keep striving for improvement to be at their very best. The cross-country family has had great successes and will have more with the solid foundations formed throughout the season....
We, here at Chaminade, stress hard work in the classroom and on the roads (where we run our tireless miles). With this hard work and team support, success is inevitable. Team support comes from each individual providing encouragement, companionship, friendships and help in any matter. All this ties into a learning process of growth-socially, academically and athletically to make each student-athlete the best person they can become.

|Team Notes: Okay, I am maintaining this page for historical value. I am officially retired from Chaminade University's Cross Country program. I am currently at George Fox University in Newberg, Oregon. If you are interested in running at George Fox University, please feel free to contact me for more information. Thank you! It has been 16 wonderful years at Chaminade University. It was time for a change for me and the program. I wish the best in the future of the program. Now it's time to bring back GFU!!!!|
